Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 / Hour + incentives.

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively engage customer prospects in the mall. Must be outgoing with a great personality and very approachable. You will be designing Custom Shirts, signs, banners, and canvas prints. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Computer literacy and work experience is a must. Training is provided, but sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services.
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Sell, Create and execute custom shirts, customer banners, customer stickers, custom canvas prints and many other products
• Must be able to achieve sales goals and expectations
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Continuously improve through feedback
