POSITION SUMMARY:

Valliani Jewelers is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Associate at our Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale. If you have a flair for style, a passion for jewelry, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry for any occasion, including engagements, weddings, anniversaries, and more.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on our exquisite collection of fine jewelry, including diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.

• Build lasting relationships with our valued customers through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and personalized recommendations.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displaying merchandise and replenishing inventory as needed.

• Stay informed about current jewelry trends, industry developments, and product knowledge to Proactively manage customer expectations; ensure resolutions to unforeseen issues exceed customer expectations on all levels.

• Accurately enter customers' information and process orders efficiently; strong attention to detail is imperative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.

Full time ($18.00 – $25.00 an hour)
